positioning
In order to reach the top level in terms
of innovation and product quality, Gruppo Ceramiche Ricchetti
has opened towards a global market, developing an expansion
policy directed to foreign markets.
The Group has 15 manufacturing plants of which eight are located in Italy(mostly
in the ceramics district of Sassuolo and vicinity) and seven
in Europe.
The large retailers is garanteed by
BiZtiles Italia S.p.A., company of the Group, that
offers a complete service for the management of
on-line orders and delivery to the principal
operators.
The companies in the Gruppo Ceramiche
Ricchetti hold a leadership position in the markets in which
they operate, thanks also to a dense network of synergistic
strategies.
The countries in which the Group is
represented by its companies, either manufacturing or
marketing, are:
Portugal,
Sweden, Finland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Spain and England.
In the United
States and the Far east the Group is represented by three
companies, having as a goal the marketing of the Group's
products.
In Italy
the distribution , thake place thanks to an
articulated and dynamic system of 100 agents.
Also very importante is
the aspect concerning the overseas distribution which, through an articulated and dynamic
system, allows a high penetration of our products over the
single companies’ local networks. Each country uses its own
sales system articulated around a central management, an
organization of area heads, and a network of agents, mostly
exclusive representatives, who guarantee wide market coverage
and high quality of customer service.
