Evers, Denmark. With head office at Copenhagen it
represents, by volume (approximately 600 square meters), the
principal importer of ceramic tiles in Denmark, with a market
share of 28%. Since 1998 the sales network of Evers is focused
on the principal products of the Group.

Höganäs Byggkeramik, Norway. The sales company Höganäs Byggkeramikk,
with head office at Oslo, sells ceramic products of the Group,
with a market share equal to 25%.

Höganäs Céramiques, France. The sales company, with head office at
Rochetoirin (La Tour du Pin - Iser), integrates the sales of
Swedish klinker with the production of materials for
installation.

Bellegrove Ceramics Plc, United
Kingdom. The company, with two warehouses at
Dartford (London) and Glasgow, sells ceramic products of the
Group, in particular the brand names Cinca and Cerdisa.
Gruppo Ricchetti España, Spain. The Ricchetti subsidiary is at Onda, with
a surface area of approximately 1.000 mq, of which 300 is for
the show-room area. The product that Ricchetti proposes on the
Iberian market reflects the criteria of the Italian taste in
terms of esthetics and technology, with attention in
strengthening the offer of vitrified polished stoneware, a
product that will permit the Group to be competitive with
Spain, in addition to selling the Cinca brand for its
technical and residential aspects.

Casa Reale Ceramic Inc., Usa. Casa Reale was incorporated in 1998 at
Grand Prairie (Texas), as a sales company of the Group. Today
it specializes in the marketing of BiZtiles Italia products;
selling single-fired red polished vitrified stoneware. In 2001
it acquired an additional warehouse in Georgia that, together
with the one already held in Texas, permits Casa Reale to
serve 11 neighboring States.

Ricchetti Ceramic Inc., Usa. The company, with head office at
Melbourne (Florida), represents with an agency agreement the
Italian parent company and markets the Ricchetti brand
products in the American territory through a network of single
agency mandates.
