The
brands and the factories in Europe
The Ceramiche Ricchetti Group commenced
in 1995, a process of production reconstruction in its foreign
subsidiaries. The investments realized consented the Group to
increase its competitive advantages in quality vitrified
stoneware containing high technical and esthetic
qualities.

Cinca, Portugal. The
Company was acquired in 1998 by the Ceramiche Ricchetti Group.
Cinca, in its five factories, produces products in vitrified
stoneware, mosaic vitrified stoneware, single-fired for floor
and wall tiling, double-firing for wall tiling. The total production
capacity is almost 11 million square meters. In 2001 an
important investment decision was made for the realization of
a new factory whose production capacity is 3 million square
meters per year of enameled vitrified floor tiles.

Höganäs Byggkeramik, Sveden. The Swedish company Höganäs, located at
Ekeby, in the south of the country, founded in 1886, is leader
in the national market in the production of clinker through
the utilization of local clay. With a market share of 25% and
a production capacity of 350 thousand square meters it
represents an exclusive niche market completing the group’s
range of products. Since a number of years it has been selling
Italian products, uniting its own brand to those of the
Ceramiche Ricchetti Group.

Pukkila OY, Finlandia. The company, with a market share of over
27%, distributes in all the North European countries its own
local production. In addition, Pukkila sells products of the
group, through its own sales network. The factory at Turku, founded in 1874,
was renovated with Italian technology, and produces
single-fired tiles with a range of 40 colors destined for
external wall tiling and swimming
pools.
Its production capacity is 1.35 million square meters
per year.

Klingenberg Dekoramik, Germny. The presence of the Ceramiche Ricchetti
Group in one of the most important European markets guaranteed
by Klingenberg, located in the city of the same name a few
kilometers south of Frankfort. In the factory, founded in 1899,
Klinkenberg produces vitrified stoneware tiles, particularly
resistance to impact, acid and wear. Through its sales network
it distributes the Italian brand Cerdisa and the Portuguese
brand Cinca. Its production capacity is 1,45 million square
meters per year.
