GCR at Cersaie 2023 with SYN
From 25 to 29 September, on the occasion of the next Cersaie in Bologna, Cerdisa and Ricchetti will exhibit their new projects in absolute preview and will tell them through the concept of Synthetic Nature. In hall 30, stand C58.
SYN is the new concept that the Gruppo Cerdisa Ricchetti will present at Cersaie 2023: a real tribute to the ceramic material: pure, without frills which is itself visual, architecture and scenography.
With SYN, GCR launches a provocation, and accepts, as well as proposes, a challenge, aware of its own identity, of a new acquired image and of the potential expressed, and of those still to be expressed, in order to be able to stand out and differentiate itself with imagination on the market.
SYN, by assonance, is the common root of words and consequent actions such as:
SYNTHESIS
SYNERGY
SYMBIOSIS
SYNCHRONY
In the sense of coherence, connection, union and contemporaneity.
At Cersaie 2023 with SYN, GCR wants to continue and go further, proposing a project with a very high interpenetration of colors, surfaces, sensations, only and exclusively material, without any visual support other than its own essence, aesthetics.
The product at the center of the village, as the sole and absolute protagonist of the exhibition space, declined in collections that do not live alone, but created to merge with each other, inextricably united by a chemistry rich in elective affinities, conceived and developed as a system within a single environment.
The theme of this Cersaie is dedicated to “SYNTHETIC NATURE”.
Where the term "synthetic", in this specific case, takes on its noblest meaning, it generates according to a profound process and an extreme human act of knowledge, the result of a conceptual synthesis, of an invention and of a creative elaboration.
From imitators of nature to inventors, ceramic builders of synthetic materials, not slavishly copying nature, but somehow inventing it, creating it, with ingenuity and courage, competence and technology.
