So.Di.Co. s.r.l., a leader company in the sector of products for personal care and well-being, recently inaugurated its new production and operational headquarters in Marotta, in the Municipality of Mondolfo (PU). This important milestone was achieved thanks to several years of commitment and intense work. In an exclusive interview, the designer of the innovative complex, Dr. Eng. Mauro Mancini, reveals the details behind the creation of this state-of-the-art facility.

Dr. Eng. Mauro Mancini explains that the design of the new headquarters was guided by the fundamental values of So.Di.Co. s.r.l: research, innovation and attention to the well-being of employees. With his extensive experience and attention to detail, he worked closely with the company to create a space that reflected the corporate identity and promoted a stimulating work environment.

The main goal was to create a complex that harmoniously integrated into the hilly and marine landscape, conveying a sense of order and pleasantness of spaces.

"We worked to create a compact, clean and rigorous design that reflected the corporate identity of So.Di.Co. s.r.l."

The use of high-quality ceramic materials was a key choice to give the environments an elegant and modern look. Dr. Eng. Mauro Mancini explains that Stonemix Grey ceramic floors and coverings were used, which present a matte surface. This choice created a smooth contrast with the white of the ceilings and walls, while making the interior spaces bright and welcoming.

The complex also includes offices adjacent to the production area, designed to foster collaboration and dialogue among employees. Dr. Eng. Mauro Mancini emphasises the importance of creating well-organised, bright and spacious environments that promote both work efficiency and the psychophysical well-being of employees. In addition, the presence of a roof garden and a large solar paving provides employees with a regenerating space where they can relax and connect with nature.

The exteriors of the complex were also designed with the utmost innovation on the market, without neglecting the care of design. Pavements and raised floors were made using the Stonemix Gold ceramic, which blends perfectly with the surrounding agricultural landscape. This choice not only offers an aesthetically pleasing solution, but also ensures a surface that is easy to maintain and durable over time.

The designer, Mauro Mancini, concluded the in-depth study expressing his satisfaction with the success of the project and the positive feedback received from the client. The new production and operational headquarters of So.Di.Co. s.r.l. represents an important testimony to the company's commitment to creating a state-of-the-art work environment that fosters creativity and employee well-being.
